How do you keep silk from getting wrinkled?

I have a beautiful Chinese silk dress but every time I wear it and sit down for awhile I get crease marks in the waist area. Is there a way to keep it from wrinkling or getting creased?|||dont wear it|||kinda hard. Just try to keep your posture better.|||maybe your dress is too tight.
