What is the easiest way to silk screen print on t-shirts?

I'm interested in silk screening my own shirts and I wanted to know where I could get some tips to start off the process. Assuming of course this is cheap (if there is a cheap way to do it I'm all ears ^_^).|||Perhaps try your local college for a course in silk screen printing and then maintain contact with them so you can use their equipment during and after the course.





I tend to use vinyls and sublimation for my T's.
