ok i made the mistake of buying 4 lovely silk pillows for my living room without even thinking about how my 2yr old son will be around them. Anyway i've had them for 2 weeks now and they already have to be dry cleaned.
Is there a way to get them cleaned at home without having to spend $5 each on them twice a month?
I'm heading out to walmart in a few to look for some things.|||Hi, to launder silk saftely, wash in a teped water with some baby shampoo. Wash carefully %26amp; squeeze the excess water out gently so as to avoid breaking any fibes, thnhang to dry, finally if nessary, press with an iron set on low.
This is how i do mine about every 2mths to keep them fresh, good luck.
