If I get a silk cocktail treatment for my hair, will it affect my hair dye?

I'm planning to dye my hair soon but I'm now thinking about going into the salon and get a silk cocktail treatment.|||depends. if the silk cocktail your talking about is like the brazilian blow out then it will make your hair more porous on the ends making your color grab darker on the ends. but if your talking about the conditioning silk cocktail then that will actually even porosity in your hair making your color take evenly
