How do you relieve static between satin and silk?

I found a very pretty Laundry dress. The material inner is satin, and the outer material is silk. There is a really strong static between the satin and the silk, as well as the satin between the person wearing the dress. Is there something that you can put between the two materials and along the inner side of the satin to relieve the static? Placing the dress in the dryer is out of the question.|||use liquid fabric softener in the rinse cycle|||Misting the dress with water before putting it will stop the static.|||buy some static gaurd %26amp; spray the inside of your dress with it
