How much would silk cost in the time of Alexander the Great?

I mean if a merchant within Alexander's empire were to buy silk.

I would reason that it would be cheaper then the price the Romans got considering that Alexander's empire spanned much farther east, therefore decreasing prices, but I really have no clue on these type of things.|||It depends on the quantity of silk, quality of silk, and the seller. The seller might have a different price than others.
